Brokers Licence

Do i need forex brokers licence to be able manage my friends funds.

I have 10 of them or so , and they will all pay 10k each.
i will invest that into currency market and if we make it, then i give them percentage of the profit...

i am not shure if i need to be licenced and insured.

the folks i am talking about are friends.
but i will have them sign a risk statement etc..

is there a forex brokers license ?

if so , url plz. I googled it to no luck

More...
No license is required to mange Forex accounts. You don't even need one for futures if you are managing friends.
