Brokers Forgiving Negative Balances From CHF Move

I think their T&S simply contain this provision and it shouldn't be regarded as advantage.

On their home page they state quite boldly guaranteed negative account protection

Agree you still need to protect yourself I don't put all my eggs full to the brim in one basket

Actually all broker should forgive negative balances because if they don't do it, the client would leave them for another broker. It's like if I own that store and I still had many choices besides, why wouldn't I need to keep using that store? Just leave it. Idk the main thing behind the forgiving but I think somehow brokers lost some amounts.

Actually if I'm a broker, why would I want to keep a client who has a negative balance and can't afford to pay it?

Cuz it's 1000 times harder to retain a client in such competitive environment than let it go for keeps.
