Brokers dont like News Trader?

Brokers don't like new trader.
They ask lots of questions and made silly mistakes.


Brokers like old trader and news trader.

Technically if you are trading forex futures, because it is traded through an exchange you don't have the conflict of interest of a MM. But again, this is TECHNICALLY !! In reality because of volatility news time are intrinsically difficult to handle,by your broker and even by the exchange. I'm not talking about any news event. I'm just talking about big events where the volatility goes out of hand. For example some Non Farm Payroll do not generate too much volatility and can be handled by the exchange with no problems. Other NFP generate crazy moves and at some point nobody knows where price really is, so you get the idea. At some point because of predictable or unpredictable reasons price discovery will break down. The question is. Are you willing to take the risk? It is worth it? As a trader you are a RISK MANAGER more than anything else. Draw your own conclusions.

How is this any different than trading stock/commodity/derivative! That's about as obvious and useful as advice to "buy low and sell high"!
 
News trading is lucrative, but also very risky. A broker may frown at it but cannot stop you from trading the news events. Such brokers just wants traders to order frequently since their income is from trading fees. I have used Forexchief broker for quite some time and news trading has never been an issue. So choose your broker wisely if you want to do the news. Might also help to confirm from the broker before setting up an account.
