Brokerage w/ portfolio margin

Hi,

1) I'm looking for a brokerage that has portfolio margin for accounts > 250,000
2) Very competitive rates
3) a system that supports a very large # of orders @ once

- IB is the only one that I have found so far that has portfolio margin for accounts > 250,000, but... you can't run that API hard
 
Any of the "professional" trading firms offer portfolio margining.
