I am interested to know and understand the process of using API trading from a prime brokerage and then use it to connect with a propriety trading platform and link clients to it.
I have found fxspyder doing the same with Oanda..

What is the up and down with this method of establishing a brokerage business?
Also, i could keep portion of clients trades to be matched in house before pushing them to the prime broker.
