You'll have to get an exchange seat or send them a bunch of weed and then hope they smoked a lot of it when they setup your account.

As others have pointed out, the exchange fees alone will be higher than the rate you're looking for.

Example: ES futures are $1.25/side in exchange fees (brokers have no control over this).
