Broker Upgrades and Downgrades data

Hey Dear Data Experts

New guy on the block but very old trader. I am looking for data in a structured format for Broker recommendation on upgrades / downgrades and price targets. I understand Briefing, Fly ,Benzinga have that information in the news format which does not serve my purpose. I am planning to integrate the structured data into my algorithm for analysis.
