Broker that allows multiple orders

For some reason my cash account refuses to accept a basket of 400 orders stating its insufficient funds. But my margin with less money accepts them all even though all the orders go well over what I have.

that's true because if you were to receive an overfill, you'd be using margin which isn't allowed in a cash account.

But I have $50,000 in my account and have about 2 million dollars worth of trades. Still doesn't make sense why in my cash account it won't take the basket order and in the margin it does.
