Everyone out there knows that elitetrader reviews are useless. Just remove all of them. No one with half a brain reads it and is taking it seriously.

For sure, you can not count on getting the truth from reading broker and software ads. If you can not have open debate and review, what do you have? I know exactly what Baron is saying about complaints from advertisers saying they are going to withdraw their ads if negative reviews are not removed. I owned businesses for 40 years and lived with the constant back biting from my competitors and suppliers who were trying to suppress and hide the factual truths. As we all know, the business world and the political world are much the same and are bound together for the benefit those with the most power and in control. Thanks Baron for revealing the behind the seen facts about the broker reviews from your standpoint.

I just want to clarify that the problem is not with the advertisers, the problem is with the firms that DON'T support us in any way. So for example, some firm would contact me that I don't know at all complaining about a review from a customer that I don't know either, like I'm supposed to be a judge and a jury in the matter. If I take the review down, the customer goes nuts and wastes my time with emails and phone calls. If I leave it up, the broker goes nuts and threatens legal action via letters from their attorney. It's just an ongoing no-win scenario that wastes a ridiculous amount of time and money dealing with it.

So you deny that sponsors of your site complain user opinions and threaten users via PM and order account erasements? And forum rules don't apply to your sponsors?

I wouldn't know what sponsors or anyone else does via PM because I don't go around spying on them.
