broker for trading US adjusted options

I was wondering if anyone could advise me on a discount broker that accepts non-US & offers trading in US options that are adjusted (for example, because of a spin-off).. so tickers like KMI1, RAI1, etc.

I've always been with IB, very happy about that, but they only offer these particular options to close, not to open. Assumably because they don't want the hassle of traders not understanding what they're trading. Any advice would be appreciated.
 
What country are you domiciled and do you need portfolio margin? You can respond privately or to my email if you prefer.

Thanks for the reply. I'm trading from the Netherlands. I've got PM with IB and that's fine. I currently have & would like to keep the bulk of my account with IB and a domestic broker; just every now and then for special situations a broker that does allow trading in adjusted options would be nice to have available.
