Can you summarize changes, if any? I had the impression from past posts something with your firm was changing. How about letting us know what the changes are on ET? Glad to see you posting as I was beginning to wonder also if something bad had happened.

2. We appointed our first "non Bright" Officer, as Rob Friesen is now President and COO, and is implementing many new training and educational plans for 2013.
