Bright Trading class

Hey, just curious how much is your desk fee? You get 4 monitors, first alert and redi plus? Are you sharing the first alert with another trader? It sounds like you are mainly a nasdaq trader....how much was your capital requirement?

OK, Bryan...are you trying to get back to the tacky recruiting tactics? Perhaps we should be asking the really important questions......but I won't if you let it stop here. I am meeting with Jeff tomorrow and want it to be a jointly productive meeting. BTW, he is in F/A "heaven" in Atlanta, with his own machine...

What is wrong with my questions???? This (atl's station) sounds like a different setup than what you have previously posted.....is it the same cost? if so that is not a bad deal.(except for the satellite data feed) Also, this trader sounds like one of the first nasdaq traders from bright on this board, do you mind if he shares his experience? given your recent embracing of nasdaq i thought that maybe you guys had lowered the initial deposit.

i'm really not sure what to make out of what appears to be a threat in regards to the "really important questions", but i do feel insulted by the "tacky recruiting" comment you made.
 
As often happens with postings is that we are predisposed as their intent, based on prior history. If I mis-read, I apologize.

Pricing is the same, the Nasdaq and NYSE account contribution have been equalized at the same number (no additional $$ needed for Nasdaq trading). Traders have choices as to their data feed and screen setup in all offices now. Pricing is lowered and posted on the web.

I am really hoping that we can get past the nit-picking on details and work together to grow the industry from the outside.

There is a lot of consolidating going on within the industry these days, and each firm has their own merits, and we all hope that we take the strengths of each firm and build good solid traders.

We are here in NYC, as usual, big mess until everything is set up. I see Echo, and a few others....but it seems that so many are "absent" this year.

Anyway, if anyone is interested (last "plug") we are doing an hour and a half presentation on Sunday at 12:30.....and we are on the 5th floor, booth 403 right in front.

I will post some notes on the expo as things progress.
 
I will definitely be there tomorrow, Don - have been looking forward to it for some time now. And, as you have heard me say in the past, please don't forget to open an office in Bernardsville or Morristown, or Madison NJ :-)

Filled up the FEb class, and most of the March class at the EXPO...and I hope that some of you who come from Elite will make your presence known at the course, I want to see you all share ideas and work together......

Waiting for my Redi to download to the laptop so I can do my openings (still in NYC for the expo)...If anyone is still around in NYC, come on by and say Hi!!
