How about Platinum or Trader packages?
What they contain?
Are they useful for index traders?

I use Briefing Platinum, it is a great news service. Particularly if you trade equities and want to find out what's "In Play".

It's basically a way to find out what to check but from then on you are on your own. In other words, it will tell you what to look into but not what do.
