This concept is key to my being here. I had a sudden insight several months ago that even my written setups were based on just guessing.

It seems the longterm short is about to be triggered. 66-67 if I got it right?

Could also just stay in the range and/or develop a hinge...

DB,

It is easy to see that you have a high mastery of understanding price movement in all of it's forms and the factors affecting it, would you say that mainly you have simplified things down in order to teach it better?

Or have you found that even with understanding concepts like channels, trends, volume changes, climaxes, breakouts, etc, even for yourself, the results have continued to improve as you've slimmed things down?

Actually I don't have a high mastery of anything. But I do trade behavior rather than price movement (or "action" or whatever; price doesn't give a damn about nomenclature). This appears to be so unusual as to be almost unique. I have no idea why.

As to simplifying and "slimming", that has largely to do with an ability to ignore anything that is extraneous, like currency fluctuations, economic reports, opinions, panics of one sort or another, and so forth. This appears to be related -- whether as cause or consequence -- to a heightened ability to detect bullshit. Where this came from I have no idea, but my first recollection of it is of my attending Sunday school at age five.

Ok, 10 minutes from the open and we are once again at 80!. Buyers rejected sellers at 70, lets see if they can hold the market all the way to 92-98.

I must add here that without a RET in my arsenal, I would have been chopped today. No RET, no entry!

9:39: Possible SL break? Or am I hallucinating.
