Even if the LL is just 1 tick? I usually ignore those and take them as DBs, hence don't fan the line.

It's not the tick; it's the intent. Since datafeeds differ, it may have been more than a tick. You can take it anyway, but be aware of the risks.

Ok, I am having trouble reading intent here. All I see is a strong Rejection from the bottom of the hourly TR at 60, what am I missing? Is it the channel?

The intent is the effort to make a lower low. The rejection comes after.
