I never liked anything about brexit...
But at least now from the UK we can again trade USA ETFs and leveraged products as a retail traders without being classified as a professional.

Unless you're an institutional investor I wouldn't count on it as the unavailability of US ETFs to EU retail clients is due to an EU regulatory requirement for a KID that US ETF issuers couldn't meet. So IBIE/IBLUX/IBCE will still be bound by those rules. If anything now that the UK is no longer in the EU, since the withdrawal agreement doesn't cover financial services there's a slight possibility that US ETFs may now be offered by IBUK if the FCA allows divergence from the EU's PRIIPs requirement for KIDs.

It might be what's happening. I can trade them now. No email, no notification, but the restriction is lifted for now.
