Brent ICE spreads

Why is it that Brent ICE spreads are not available for public dissemination except on their website? IE a Brent-WTI spread is no where to be found on CQG etc. What is there intent in keeping this information private as possible. The same thing goes for Brent OTC markets. Any info please!
 
ICE doesn't keep their info in secret. You need to call CQG and ask for symbols on those spreads. Last time I checked they were not available using their symbol lookup system, but phone clerk helped me quickly. Other providers need to sign up for that info from ICE. IB also doesn't have any Brent calendars available, so I trade using WebICE.
