If that is your opinion, then you should not have made the statement below. If you have been paying attention to the confirmation hearings, you will notice that many senators on the judicial committee have used the term, whether or not it meets the strict legal definition. The media has used the term as well. Get it?
Regarding Thomas, isn't guilt or innocence determined by the due process in a court of law, not due diligence in a senate hearing?

I am firmly against giving Supreme Court nominees unicorns. Unicorns give an unfair advantage to already privileged snots that have no right to pass judgment on the hard working American people. Kavanaugh has lived a spoiled life, made worse by absent parents that raised him to think he is entitled to unicorns.
