You'd have to define "invasive". I'm sure there are plenty of procedures that can be done in an office setting where the doctor in the office isn't affiliated with a local hospital.

Gorsuch is a textualist. This swings him both right and left on some social issues. Where he is uber conservative is he is a corporatetist. In matters related to polluters, worker protections etc he will pay off every time for the right.
