The funny thing about this rulings is that liberals always whine that supposedly we have a conservative supreme court but time after time we have seen the conservative justices jump sides, while there is never any doubt whatsoever the way the liberal justices are going to rule, they will think of any way possible they can pervert the rule of law in order to rule on the side of liberals, they dont even care about law, merely about passing every single progressive item that ever hits the courts.

When I listen to Scalia, or read his opinions, I am nearly always left with the impression that he is someone that has to be right, and is probably extremely upset when he doesn't get his way. I'd like to get to know him personally, as a research project.
 
I get the impression he can't believe that some judges can turn into such clown justices.

He (we) understand ahead of time that leftists and other pre fascists have no respect for the rule of law or the constitution or even proper jurisprudence. They believe in bigger more powerful govt and fewer individual rights if those rights interfere with the Govts goals....

So he was writing for the non leftists...
They were supposed to uphold the constitution and the rule of law and protect the people. So his opinions seem to be written to try and show the clown justices the error of the ways... and bring them back to proper thinking before all our individual rights are cast away by these two.

And yes he does not mind people see his emotions. These are very important rights being sacrificed on the later of Crony Corporations.

We are moving towards a Rollerball society and these supposedly "conservative" justices were supposed to curb it.

Allowing gay marriage is more freedom, which is akin to less government.
