Breaking news: Niederhoffer still in business after market correction!

Quote from rufus_4000:

Somewhat successful. I know Roy rather well, his fund didn't do so well for the last 2 years or so.

ah, he is up over 18% for the year so far..........

I'll ignore your insults and once again ask:

Have you seen the FUTURE'S TRUTH study covering over fifteen years? They turn your unsupported hypothesis about stops to dust. The tests FT did were not curve fitted, nor did they contain a large number of independent variables.

no, i have not seen the study. however, i am vaguely familiar with pruitts company. can you link me to the study so it can be evaluated?

thanks,

Quote from marketsurfer:

a classic example of schardenfreude by an author who actually begs for food, booze and net jet cards on his site. how appropriate!

surfer :D

i'm just passing along the news, not making it... :D

He made 10.5% in May. Makes you wonder if they ever exchange ideas...

Incidentally, I have only one identity, and I'm sure the same goes for Bunny Pink, Market Surfer and others.

It's interesting from a psychological perspective that a lot of posters here seem to have wanted to believe that we are one and the same person rather than something of a 'crowd'. Heaven forbid that you would be called upon to go against a crowd...

Vn trades in the space he basically invented--many others have learned from/ copied him. roy trades differently than vic---the strategies/methods work ideally in different enviroments/timeframes.

Vics daughter is Galt Neiderhoffer, director of prozac nation and new iraq film "grace is gone". I can only imagine the next movie she directs - " Too Vic to quit"

Quote from psytrade:

Vics daughter is Galt Neiderhoffer...
Don't tell me that Vic is so far gone that he named his
daughter after a cardboard-cutout character in Alice
R'osenbaum's worst novel? That is pathetic!!!

Vic is delusional, he has lost contact with reality. He
hears voices, has dreams and visions...

He's not the pathetic one.

Try either Francis Galton or John Galt ('Atlas Shrugged').
