But he did intend to take classified material that was only supposed to be viewed on government computers and put them on his personal computers and thats what he was convicted of.

Of the thousands and thousands of emails on Hillary's private server none were marked classified when she sent them and only 3 was marked "C". That shows she was not purposely taking classified information and putting them on her personal devices like Bryan Nishimura did.

You really believe that, the only reason most were not marked classified was they removed the markings when the copied them. So no they weren't marked classified once they were copied, but it's content that makes it classified not the markings. Which everyone involved had been instructed and understood.

The act of copying information from the classified servers and resending it over unsecured channels is against the law, regardless of intent. Ignorance of the law is no defense. No conspiracy just the facts.

1.Where in the FBI report or in Comeys statement is that stated?

2.Of the 30,000 + emails on the server only 110 had classified info,and none were marked classified.Big difference than a guy taking 200 mb of data that he knows is classified and putting on his on personal devices and taking them home.

200mb, 110 or 1. It's against the law, she knew it was wrong, did it anyway.

There is a huge difference between 200 mb's of data and 110 emails,and it shows intent which Nishimura admitted to and The FBI could easily prove.

110 unmarked classified emails slipping through 30,000 + emails shows it was likely accidental and not intentional
