From the listing that was posted, the delivery truck is NOT included. So after you factor in all of the costs involved with the truck like the monthly payment, the insurance, and the fuel and maintenance costs, my guess is that there's virtually NO MONEY in that business, which is why the seller is wanting to get rid of it.
