The wealthy do not pay taxes in any country. Heck, no one pays taxes in Greece and Italy, Hence the impending defaults and devaluations. In Greece govt. Is using google maps to find which homes have pools and then starting tax investigations for those addresses. In Italy they now have road blocks and stop every expensive car and pass the drivers name and address to tax authorities. Here in the US the smartest tax cheat get to run for president. Moral of the story. Get rich as fast as you can so you too can rape the system.
