I did submit the article for publication with the title:

âBrazil and the New Economic Miracle of the 21st Centuryâ

The editor of Brazzil magazine changed the title, and published the article as:

âBrazil and the New Economic Miracle. The U.S. Has a Lot to Learn!â

In the past I asked the editor of Brazzil magazine why many times he changes the title of my articles from what I submit for publication? And he told me that he knows what kind of titles are more effective to grab the attention of the readers.
