LOL typical fucking liberal, i guess he can easily tell just how many barrels per day are being released into the ocean just by looking at the underwater video of the leak.

I'm no fan of government take overs, but this is bullshit. BP needs to be shoved aside and sent the bill when it's over. Now they are unsure about the fix they've been talking about for days.

COVINGTON, La. – BP's latest experimental bid to plug its seabed oil gusher in the Gulf of Mexico hung in the balance early Wednesday as its top executive reviewed overnight tests before deciding whether to go ahead.

Chief Executive Tony Hayward said on NBC's "Today" show he would decide Wednesday morning whether to give the green light for crews to try to choke off the massive leak a mile below the sea by force-feeding it heavy drilling mud and cement. The spill started with an April 20 explosion and fire that sank the oil rig Deepwater Horizon and killed 11 workers.

Shut out BP from anything to do with the US energy industry for the next decade. Bill them for this fiasco and if it goes bankrupt, seize assets and sell them.
 
Oh, so are you two gents for increased government regulation and intervention, but only after the raging elephant is already out of the bag? Isn't that a bit like locking your doors after the burglar is already inside? Well-meaning, to be sure, but with the timing a tad off.
