I recall this, talked about it with my daughter and her friends. The girl had him twice before in the bathroom but it was consensual those two weeks before. It's never as straightforward.

Hmmm, you're right. I did some deeper research on the story and back at the start it seems to have come out that the kid was not truly a trans, just a flake that "sometimes liked to wear a dress". So since the premise of the thread is flawed it shall be closed.

Broad policy and statutes must never be based on rare or bizarre occurrence. Because something is rare it doesn't mean it doesn't happen; it means it shouldn't be paid much attention other than by the media of course. The media's bread and butter is the odd occurrence, the bizarre, the sordid, and the unconscionable. No one wants to read about everyday occurrences.
