It had not traded above 3.50 when you posted your 3.65 out. In fact, it's still not traded above 3.63, and that fill came nearly 10 minutes after your post.

Sorry I just rounded it... but 3.63 was me.. so for only 4 contracts traded in there.. 2 were mine..

Umm, the 3.63 didn't trade until ~10 minutes after you posted. 3.63 traded at 1:12PM ET. A two lot traded at 3.50 at 12:48PM. Another two lot traded at 3.63 fully 8-10 minutes after your post.
