I clearly do. Its possible to count votes in real time, as punched ballots are consumed by the machine that facilitates the punching. Even without punch machines, its possible to feed ones ballot in with ones own hand...and have a reciept pop out verifying the machine has correctly counted. My state separates the ballot from the voter as far as possible, making us put ballots in a box for strangers to count in strange circumstances. The state has been blue ever since. States don't do what's possible because fraud is foremost.

I haven't heard stories of fraud in the runoff election yet, but it certainly wouldn't surprise me if it did occur. ---They didn't change anything from the Nov 3 election and in fact ballot harvesting which is ripe for fraud was actually ramped up.
