Both data and anecdote prove 'systemic racism' is a Lie

Not nearly as much and as many as republicans.
Ok, you say both sides are racist but to different degrees
Lets assume you are defining racism victims as only people with a certain level of melanin and the oppressors are white people and not other people of color
Since elected democrats govern over a large majority of people with more melanin, These racist officials as you have confirmed have a whole lot more direct effect on the lives of the minorities they govern

Republicans have much less effect on the minorities communities because they govern far fewer of them.

The low hanging fruit to solve this issue is to focus on the racist democratic officials as you have described

Yes there are some democrat racist, far far less than republicans.Democrat politicians don't have to be racist to be scared of fights with the police, politically its been a losing position throughout history.Even Obama quickly backed downed after the Louis Gates situation and never tried for serious police reform, that doesn't mean he is racist.

False.Republicans pass a lot of state laws that protect police and white people when they kill minorities. On the federal level republicans block any bills on serious police reform.
