Which brokers are generally considered the best for locate availability? I'm thinking of adding a second one just so I don't miss out on opps like CARV today.

Unfortunately I couldn't try myself as they don't accept Canadians and IB is the best I can get here.

If you are talking about the location of brokers and accepting clients, then Coinexx is the best broker. It does not restrict any client and has decent trading conditions. I never faced any issue with this broker till now.
