Boom - Over 6 million lost insurance under Obamacare

I'm not very hopeful this monstrosity is going to get repealed, even IF the GOP takes back the senate in Nov. Would the GOP have the backbone to repeal in the face of being labeled racists and in-compassionate haters by the media?
Lets face it, the media would absolutely go ape shit.
Like so many other government programs problems will be addressed with piece mill band-aids and of course ever skyrocketing budgets. I mean when was the last time congress closed down a federal agency or program that wasn't working? When was the last time congress collectively admitted to making a mistake?
I think the Obamacare cluster fuck is probably here to stay.

Then why should the GOP even want to be the Government ?

As usual, you post a chart that manipulates the time frame to show what you want it to.

This is GINI without Obama, of course. But you can use your chart and understand what the Obama spike would look like. Considering the max for the last 70 some odd years was under .45, and Obama's is .48. Shall we discuss percentage increases under a President?

I too realize the chance of repeal is slim and none. But it needs a massive overhaul.

Too many flaws to mention. But one study showed that even those who are overweight and obese, who get healthcare paid for them by others (Medicaid), do NOT lose weight, become more fit, or make meaningful changes to improve their overall health. Thus, they continue to incur more healthcare expenses than the rest of us. And they also use the ER 40% more. So that begs the question .... with no meaningful decrease in costs from this group then there is virtually no chance of seeing premiums do anything other than continue to increase. And that goes back to the point of why the hell we reward people who exploit the system .. people who choose to be unhealthy and then get subsidies to pay for their poor choices. Now I realize Odumbo will make excuses as to why we owe them subsidized healthcare while Michelle embarks on her health crusade while she gobbles cheeseburgers and fries behind the scene.

I picked that chart because it did include Obama. As I said, Obama is simply the latest of many presidents to be in office for a new high point.

And as I said, not every new President sees a new high in the index. But if we discuss percentage increases in GINI, I have a feeling your argument/defense would begin to grow ever more thin.

lets not forget the gini index is a terrible concept.
its should not be a free societies goal to have everyone make the same.

The shape we should probably see is bell curve of distribution maybe shifted a little to the left so that most get into reasonable income levels with some effort. (and a safety net which phases down to a fairly low level over time for the able bodied.

Such trivial reality will never keep rectum from referring to it.
