Booktrader Freezing

Hi, today I experienced a TWS Booktrader issue. After working normally, and apparently randomly, the bid and ask price within the Quote Panel and the bid and ask columns within the ladder froze. The Last (price) within both the quote panel and the ladder continued to update normally. I switched to the paper ac and with a different stock selected after a short time experienced the same issue. I was still able to enter trades clicking in the bid/ask columns which were not updating, by using ‘last’ as a reference price.
Clearly I wouldnt do this in the live ac until I have an answer! Changing the ticker to a different stock and back did not resolve the problem. I only take L1 data, with 3 Booktrader windows open on the screen, the other 2 continued to work normally. Any suggestions? I’m posting on here first due to slow response normally received from IB CS!

That $h!t happens to me all the time... Is a pain in the a$$ especially during fast markets
Very unreliable... Now I know im not the only one this happens to
I have no idea how to fix it either
 
Finally got through to IB tech support today and after a long phone call I think the issue is sorted....I use TWS in Mosaic mode, 1 Tab contains a scanner in which I had saved the pre defined US Movers. This regularly offers over 100 stock price quotes and occasionally a message pops up offering a link to buy more data lines, which I just close....however it appears that even though I’m not displaying this tab TWS considers it live and responds by removing data from my Booktrader tab! Problem then easily solved by editing the scanner to show less lines.
