Hello,

Books:
I want to get some additional information about trading --> I read already a couple for books about TA and lot of stuff in internet regarding indicators etc. which books do you recommend especially in price action, algorithm trading and indicators?

Online Course Trading:
In addition I want to get knowledge in some additional course where you trade, get some theoretical explanations etc. can you recommend me something?

I have read many books. Some were good primarily because they were very interesting/ entertaining (e.g., Pit Bull, Winner Take All, Liar's Poker, Schwager's Market Wizard books, Confessions of a Street Addict, Running Money, Trend Following, Reminiscences of a Stock Operator, Evidence-Based Technical Analysis, Hedgehogging, Fooled By Randomness and several others).

There were only a few that I thought were extremely practical, so much so that I would recommend them to a new trader. The most immediately useful ones that I wish I had been able to read when I started out are probably Weissman's Trading Like a Casino, Elder's How I Trade For a Living[edit: actually called Trading for a Living], Chande's Beyond Technical Analysis (2nd ed.), Tharp's Trade Your Way to Financial Freedom, and possibly the psychology and performance-related books of Mark Douglas and Brett Steenbarger. I don't agree with everything written in these books, but I believe that they have a lot of good, practical advice that makes them among the best that I have seen.

depends on where you want to go

if you just want to make a little money, then even any 2 moving averages will do.

you need to learn everything about it by trading it for a little or long time.

just put 2 ma in a sim an trade it for a few months,4-6 months and then see.

there was a CBOT pro who traded cross overs of ma for 25 years......now most say you cant make money doing that.but he did.
simplicity with the least amount of decisions needed to be taken works hugely in your favor.

if there was a book that was 2 pages long i would have suggested it.

i have read books for 30 years.....it did not make me profitable.

i think take anything and stick to it for a year......make it work.....if it does not work in that time then find something else.i used to change methods like i changed my underwear.....it is common mistake

i think a simple method like a single ma :if it goes above buy goes below sell has the advantage that it is not subjective and you do not have to make decisions. the fewer decisions you have to make it is better.

trying a few things like that rather than reading books may be better.
