Bonus is usable ?

I think such bonus is only used by new traders. Some are looking for free cash, while others are looking for something to reduce the risk as they practice. If you are looking for serious trading, bonus won't do much for you. I use Forexchief, and there is an option to get 100% bonus on every deposit, but you can only take it if you need it. Read it first and if you like it, take it. You must be aware of what you are doing. in the end, no broker offers a bonus and gives it to you without terms and conditions. bonuses are mostly offered by offshore brokers, or maybe not.

I think it would not make any sense if they allow you to withdraw it. Anyone can just double up just by withdrawing and not trading then.

With most brokers, you can a withdrawal bonus, but you have to meet certain conditions. I personally prefer to trade without a bonus and not have any obligation to the broker

Forex brokers use a long time Margin Bonus to attract traders. But you can't use Margin Bonus to trade. As long as you're trading successfully the bonus will stay on your balance. But if you're losing, the bonus will be removed once you hit about 10% of your deposit on your balance.
On the other hand, trade-able bonus can be used to trade. Even if you loss your original deposit, the amount left in your account which is bonus you can still try to recover from it. So personally, I don't see the meaning of heaving funds on my account that I can't use to trade with.

honestly speaking right now i never see welcome bonus offer as like before. before some years ago most of the broker offered 1005 initial bonus which was actually scam.

The welcome bonus is the most popular but both are very interesting and helpful for traders.
