0740 CST Long 2 ZB 111 12. Once again early trade, but I believe 111 18 is a given today. I'll buy at least two more on weakness down to 111 00. No more buying for now as value is around 111 06.

By the way, I'm taking this trade for a variety of reasons, not just because of the 0740 cycle buy. I'm shooting for 6 ticks not 2. The cycle buy simply solidifies my existing desire to buy.
 
As I wait for this trade to complete I was surfing the other posts here at ET, and I found one on the Virginia tragedy. Unfortunately, there were some rather vicious posts made regarding the parents. Please note that I understand the sentiment, however, I believe it is wrong to go that far. I posted a link to an article written by the stepmother of a boy involved in an attack that killed a homeless man. It is quite a thought-provoking read. It made me realize how many different things are involved with an issue like this. It isn't as simple as blaming the parents.

Seriously, if you feel a lot of ill-will towards the parents, take a moment and read the article.

I'm not sure why I'm posting this here. Maybe someone reading my journal needs to read the article. The event really disturbed me.
 
0837 CST Minimum target is 111 18. Kissing 111 15 now.

Minimum target on the ZN is 108 025.

Sell orders in at 111 18 and 111 24 for the ZB. Once out of ZB I'll probably hold on to the ZN for higher prices. Outlier target of 112 and change on the ZB, but that probably won't happen today.

This is working out to be a very nice day!
 
Sorry Surdo. One time post. I'm kind of depressed with the world at the moment. Allow me a brief departure from my usual format.

I think the only other time I would have been inclined to post like that would be September 11, but I didn't know about ET back then. Not equating the two, just saying that I find myself in a similar state of shock. The last time this happened I gave up on a very profitable web business.

Anyway, back to bonds.

Not trying to pat myself on the back but I often think about trying to data mine the various thoughts going through my mind at times like the above. It would be interesting to study an EKG and EEG.

Today has been one of my most profitable days on small size, i.e. approximately 4 lots. The overnight gain helps.
