The thing that is itching your head is his %% bit. It's a forum convention that I believe informs anyone who is following him that he has posted something, and sends them a notification about it. The fact that it has you up in arms means it is working in a way, hehe.
You said that before, but no that's not it. It's tons of special symbols injected everywhere. Its just weird. I can't imagine he is doing that on purpose. Perhaps a drinker who constantly has his elbow sliding over the keyboard before the thoughts are finished and the brain farts are on paper? Lol...
