The $8.79 figure is incorrect.
The shares will be sold over time at market prices.

Y no one knows the price. 8.79 was the May open price and it was the one used to calculated the fees on the offering - it was included at the very top of the SEC document filed today which is why some of the news services included it incorrectly - I know I made the mistake premkt of seeing it and going nuts.
