Boehner Once Again Demonstrates Why He Shouldn't Be Speaker

Seriously. How did this dolt become Speaker of the House? Random drawing?

He probably represents the low information, vaguely moderate voters of his district pretty well. He does what the Chamber of Commerce tells him, and he really snaps to attention when the Business Roundtable heavies are in town. But how is he remotely qualified to be Speaker?

He admits on Leno that he went along with the government shutdown because the tea party caucus wanted it, even though he disagreed. So, he is saying right there, I am a very weak leader. Then he says he tried to end the shutdown as soon as he could, meaning he sold out his own causcus. He should be kicked out as Speaker just for that. He admitted he engineered the worst possible result for his party, all to try to delegitimize the Tea Party opposition. And he's damn proud of it.

Now he is supporting amnesty and , big surprise, the biggest amnesty advocate in the party other than McCain, Jeb Bush. Can republican voters really be that stupid? We would actually go back to the same well that poisoned us twice before?

The other side of that is that they cannot win elections except with conservative support. Might be time for a demonstration of that.

I'd advise everyone to stock up on guns and ammo ahead of the midterms, in case we have to teach the establishment republicans a lesson. The first thing democrats will do if they take over the house is ban guns. Ok, second thing, first would be to raise taxes on "the rich", ie republicans.

The Tea Party groups should announce that if Boehner slips in some form of amnesty, they will run a third party candidate against every republican who voted for it, thereby insuring their defeat in most cases.

We can learn from the democrats. They work together very well, because they purged all the conservatives and moderates from their party years ago. Now radical leftists like Hillary Clinton are considered middle of the road.
