2. The place where the show took place is almost certainly dark except for the stage, bringing into question how public the couples interaction really was.
3. The footage is extraordinarily high quality, especially given the apparent lighting conditions, further suggesting the camera involved was not a "security" camera. In fact, the camera is presumably a portable camera with such cutting edge capabilities it is associated with military and top law enforcement grade surveillance capability. This begs the question of whether it was appropriate or even legal to use such capability without a warrant.
4. The above apparent facts were not mentioned in the article, suggesting a political hit job rather than "merely reporting the news".
5. Was does the above level of surveillance suggest about the current state of our political system and personal freedoms in the Biden Administration?

You are acting like whatever purpose the camera serverd, what it recorded was absolutely fake and never happened.... stop blaming the camera in such detail when all a camera does is reveal what exactly happened :).

Whether the camera was purposely aimed at her or not, she did what she did and she can go fuck herself with her hypocrisy.

She was in a public space....just because the lights go down in the theater does not mean she is protected and cna do sexual acts in a theater....

Sorry you can do Simone Biles gymnastics to find out why the camera was on her but it doesnt change what she did....

So the end justifies the means? Search and seizure laws are obsolete now? To be fair, a discussion on what is a reasonable expectation of privacy in a public place, but it in the dark seems to be warranted here.

As far as displays of affection in public are concerned, are you comparing displays deliberately taking place in full lighted views on stage in front an audience consisting of children with displays requiring advanced infrared capability to see? Hmmmmm?

I bet the theatre has many cameras and records the whole audience. I bet the video clips you have seen are zoomed in on her. So you (with your conspiracy damaged mind) are looking for someway to hide from reality.

How’s the election fraud going? Trump now admitting his lawyers said there is no fraud but he decided to ignore them.

Nobody is but she lied and claims to be a victim when the security camera footage came out.

You see you he the left does does something wrong they just say OK, give the evidence, it's the right who reaches for some conspiracy theory BS.

So she lied, was caught, now you guys are by reflex action questioning the theatres wide angle cameras like you don't understand infrared and digital zoom with 4k cameras. :)
