I have similar dreams. How do you go for internet signal and access though?

Satellite internet. It ain't cheep, but possible.

I think it does the kids a disservice.

Living at sea? I don't know about that. Plenty of kids are homeschooled successfully and these kids get an adventure in addition to that.
