Serious answer… nope I fire them when they become PITAs, like complaining, whining, not taking advice on a consistent basis. If I gave them homework, and they didn’t do it, I just wrote it in my notes to cover my ass.
Right, You get paid for AUM.
If a client doesn't do their homework you can blame them for underperforming. Win/Win :)

that’s called building a new base after a run up. Look back to the beginning of the year and see what it’s done, consider that in context of current environment. I’m inexperienced, so feel free to correct me, if I’m wrong. That’s why I put this out there

Oh yah, I remember. It's now just you and the markets. Procrastination will jump up and bite you in the ass. At the end of the day you're responsible for you net worth.
You want to be careful not to make too many mistakes or you'll be going back to work. Maybe you should hire a financial planner. (big grin)
