It doesn't appears to be manipulated.
So very difficult to trade unless you are the insiders.

Manipulated stocks are easier to trade.

BMR has a history 1 day pumps and 6 months of dumps. Wait for the 3 day rule on microcaps.

My observation trading these low volume stocks that all of a sudden get huge up moves on large volume is that if you wait 3 to 4 days and if the price doesn't go below day one and the volume is still elevated they tend to rise eventually.

I bought BMR on day 4 at $12. So far its followed my historically observed pattern.
