http://www.mediaplayercodecpack.com/ tried this codec pack as it supported windows media 9 but it didn't work.
You need to spoof Safari for Mac.
Download the extension "User Agent Switcher" and create a new entry to spoof Safari.
The entry should look this:
Name: Safari 4.0.5 (v531)
