I remember Cramer actually saying how he used to dupe Farber and Maria.
He slipped them tips and rumors while he was short/long the stocks. (just like he was accused of doing)
But, of course, later he denied it...

Most of his statements he says "If I were them and I were desperate, I would do this..." or "At my hedge fund I would have done this..." Pretty sure he can't go to jail for saying stuff with qualifiers like that. I detest Cramer though.

ummmm.. he uses the phrase, "what i used to do." he also discusses calling the Journal and get the bozo reporter etc etc etc to spread rumors. he talks about using pisani and calling trading desk to spread rumors. lol lol lol... he talks about creating "new truths" LOL LOL LOL
