Bloomberg News sues Fed to force disclosure of collateral

they could or will do the greenspan no speak,mumbo jumbo,in courts its called legaleze,in american jargon its called bullshit,to a 7 year old it's called a lie
 
This is defiantly a great lawsuit but what Bloomberg doesn't understand about the Federal Reserve System (according to Ed Seykota) is that:

Its not Federal

Has no Reserves

And doesn't follow any System
 
The money was monopoly money,when the game ends ,it's worthless, this was the greatest heist in the history of modern banking, in broad daylight ,on global television with all of our elected leaders and lawmakeres signing it over. Truly the ultimate example of how sheepish we have become
 
I'm fairly certain that if even the ET riff-raff know the Fed is not technically a federal institution, it's highly likely Bloomberg's lawyers know it as well.

So the real question is why they're proceeding anyway knowing that will be the first objection raised and have without a doubt already prepared a rebuttal.

What is that rebuttal?

If you want to split hairs here's the gist of it from the article:

"The bulk of the documents Bloomberg sought are at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, which she said isn't subject to the freedom of information law. "

The member banks are private, it's the the Board of Governors in Washington that is the quasi-government component that falls under the FOIA.
