First he says the marathon is on (you know, to lift spirits and stuff) then he crumbles like feta cheese and says its off.

To have or not have the race is irrelevant but what is relevant is this guy has ZERO leadership skills, none. He blows in the wind like a napkin.

The had two semi trailer size generators there for the marathon but none for the people without power. Then the advertisers started pulling out thinking they would get a bad name putting this on now.

So, Bloomy tossed in the towel.

However, the super big celebrity Halloween party went on as scheduled the other night.
