Bloomberg infromation, how it works?

I know it have news and a lot of financial information but i need to know how bloomber organize that information specially this:
A lot of world stock exchanges sell's information to Bloomberg, HOW BLOOM BERG ORGANIZE THAT INFORMATION? ->how many and what categories, with graphs?, how it shows the financial business reports (like ratios or what else?, etc)

Please if u know how to use the bloomberg software answer this question.
 
Much of Bloomberg documentation is available online. Google "bloomberg guide OR tutorial" and explore away.
