But the road to getting there is very bloody and not pretty at all. Both Bernie and Biden have spent bigly to get through Iowa, NH, and SuperTuesday with the hope that the funds will be replenished if they make good showings. In reality, the billionaires are waiting for them to be depleted and then crank up their outlay massively. It has already started. Then all their spending just damages the party more and more before the convention as they cannabalize each other and head into a brokered convention. Like a woman, Maddow just sees all that big cash possibly being there for her in the end to be spent against trump. Not that simple. You will have to spend all that billionaires money in the general just to rehab your nominee from all the damage their money did to them in the primary.

Also, Bloomberg has stated repeatedly that he will continue to dump massive funds into beating Trump even if he is not the nominee, but he is just saying that because it puts a better look on his ruthless attempt to purchase an election. Right now, and for months to come dems are trashing Bloomberg and being haters- except for the ones who are supporting him. Dont be surprised if after months of trashing Bloomberg for being a capitalist slut that he does not feel the need to keep spending in the general to support some dnc dud or commie that he knows will not win. Might want to think about that a little Rachel.
