Who is the best provider of a blog service ?

With the best functionality, largest memory storage, either free or paid .

you can use Googles free http://blogger.com software and Google will host it for free at http://blogspot.com or if you prefer to use your own domain name i can show you how to still get it hosted for free at blogspot

if you want to pay i can clue you in on some good places to do that

Wordpress is the best blogging service out there. Wordpress blows Blogger away, and the software is really versatile. If you read the fine print of Blogger.....you don't really 100% own your material according to their TOS.

I keep a wordpress blog and am really happy with it...and it's 100% free, and there's no copyright issues.
